For bookings of 11 people or less

• If booking is cancelled before 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, client will receive a full refund less a 12% administration fee (Administration fee is based on total cost of your package).
• If booking is cancelled between 4 & 9 days of scheduled arrival date, client will receive a refund of 40% of amount paid.
• If booking is cancelled 3 days or less from scheduled arrival date, client will forfeit entire amount paid.
• Pro sports tickets are non-refundable.

For bookings of 12 to 23 people

• If booking is cancelled more than 35 days prior to scheduled arrival date, client will receive a full refund less a 12% administration fee (Administration fee is based on total cost of your package).
• Individual bookings within the group may cancel within 35 days of arrival date. Please contact us for these refund policies.
• Pro sports tickets are non-refundable.

For bookings of 24 people or more

• If booking is cancelled more than 65 days prior to scheduled arrival date, client will receive a full refund less a 12% administration fee (Administration fee is based on total cost of your package).
